I stayed up almost all night trying to do homework and I was unable to finish a single problem because the instructor hasn’t made any part of variational calculus clear and the book’s not great and I’m pretty exhausted, so I’m just going to go to sleep and see what I can do to refresh my brain for another round.

W E L P

the game group decided not to meet for that awesome huge board game today so I ended up getting up for nothing.

I’m still gonna’ go over there at 2:00 for some smaller board games but I’m PUT OUT because I was looking forward to that a lot.

I have something to say that can’t just be expressed in the tags, this time.

School, right now, is just holding me back. It hasn’t always been that way - I learned a lot in my first couple of years, when I was taking a wide variety of interesting classes at a community college. I broadened my perspectives and got a lot of critical thinking skills and found out the things that just fascinate me about the world.

Astronomy, physics, music, philosophy, and mathematics - those were my core classes. I planned my schedule around them when they were offered because that’s was interested in. Going to those classes and listening to brilliant people share brilliant ideas and deepen my understanding of reality was an amazing experience. I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to do that.
